  1. Content Verification: Obbo provides a platform for generating Curriculum Vitae (CV) content based on user input. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify and ensure the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of the content generated.

  2. User Verification: Users acknowledge and agree that Obbo does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by users during the CV creation process. Obbo is not responsible for any false, fraudulent, or misleading content that may appear in the generated CV.

  3. Third-Party Verification: Users are encouraged to independently verify the information generated by Obbo before using the CV for any professional or personal purposes. Obbo shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of CVs with inaccurate or fraudulent content.

  4. Legal Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring that the generated CV complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Obbo does not guarantee the legal compliance of the content and disclaims any liability for legal issues arising from the use of CVs with false or fraudulent information.

  5. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Obbo, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of CVs generated by the platform, including but not limited to claims related to false, fraudulent, or inaccurate content.

  6. No Warranty: Obbo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the CV content generated on the platform. Users use the service at their own risk and discretion.

  7. When using a CV for an application, you must ensure the content is 100% accurate and true. The content produced in this CV will provide a good base to work on. By selecting "Build CV" you agree that Obbo takes no liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in the CV content, and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to verify and confirm the accuracy of all information provided.

  8. Obbo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the CV content for any particular purpose. In no event shall Obbo be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the CV content. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold Obbo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the CV content, including but not limited to claims related to employment decisions made based on the information contained in the CV.

  1. User Responsibility: Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided in the CV generated through Obbo's platform. Obbo shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or false information provided by users.

  2. Employment Decisions: Users understand and agree that Obbo is not responsible for any employment decisions made by employers or recruiters based on the information contained in the CV. Obbo does not guarantee job placement or interview offers and shall not be held liable for any employment-related outcomes.

  3. Data Protection: Users consent to the collection and processing of personal data provided during the CV creation process. Obbo adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

  4. Modification Rights: Obbo reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.

By engaging with our platform or applying for roles advertised on external job boards like LinkedIn, you agree to allow us to reach out to you regarding potential job opportunities or updates related to the Obbo and it's platform. Please note that by sending us your CV or creating an Obbo account, you are consenting to be contacted by us regarding Obbo opportunities.
